Scott Cooke, Broker/Agent
A Marine Corp Veteran serving in the 1991 Gulf War, Scott has always been focused on Service.
Starting in the insurance business in 1996 coming from a service background. Scott has worked as an Insurance Broker for many companies, agents and clients offering business and personal lines of insurance to the consumer.
Although still active in some sales, Scott now focuses on mainly running the agency operations.
Christine Hollmer, Spartanburg Office Manager, Agent
Christine has 11+ years’ experience in customer service. She has been employed with Cooke Insurance Agency since the beginning of 2013 and became our office manager in 2014.
Recently she became a mother to Harper Rayne on Valentine’s Day 2016. She strives to give the best customer service so she can be a great role model to her daughter.
She is well versed on different kinds of insurance that a client may need. Enjoys working with people and overcoming objectives to assist agents in placing the insured’s with the coverages that are needed.
Paula Metcalf, Gaffney Office Manager, Agent
Paula Metcalf has over 30 years in different aspects of the insurance business. In 2015 she joined the Cooke Insurance Agency. In 2016 she moved over to the Gaffney office to run that location as the office manager and agent on duty.
In her spare time Paula likes to knit and sew and also loves to take care of her two poodles.
Phillip Pack, Commercial Agent
Phillip Pack is a native of the Spartanburg area. Phillip went to school at Spartanburg High School and Spartanburg Methodist College. Phillip has spent almost two decades in customer service and has incorporated that experience into the insurance business. Phillip is licensed in S.C. for Life , Health, Property and Casualty. His main focus is on working with business owners with Risk Management.
When not working, Phillip enjoys spending time with his two small children, who are both in elementary school.
Cheyenne Penland, Licensed Agent
Cheyenne Penland started working at Cooke Insurance Agency in February 2017. She started as a customer service representative and has now became a licensed agent, as of December 2017. Cheyenne has been working in customer service for 14+ years and strives to meet all of her clients needs.
Cheyenne has been married to her wonderful husband for 10 years and they have 4 beautiful children.
